Awaken Your Senses : A mindful meander through the gardens of Dublin Castle 

Start the day with a slow mindful walk, and step your way to a calmer state of mind. Awaken your senses through a mix of meditation, visualisation, soundscaping, and a series of mindful meanders.

Connect Pilot Project, Barna Woods, Co. Galway

In collaboration with Green Sod Ireland, a WildAcres land trust set up in 2007, Ashleigh is developing a new art and science focused education programme called Connect. Together we hope to creatively express and explore the complex web of interconnected relationships that binds humanity to all living things. Connect started with a pilot ecological project for secondary schools, combining art, science and mindful observation, it immersed transition year students from three local schools with the beautiful Barna Woods, a large Special Area of Conservation. To incorporate health and wellbeing into the programme Ashleigh introduced a series of nature focused mindful meanders coupled with a variety of soundscaping and deep listening tools.

This participatory performance was first designed for Culture Night 2017, with a number of reiterations since then.
